Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
3. Employees of Thomas Minarik Publishing Limited and their subsidiary companies, agents and families excluded.
4. There will be one winner and one prize.
5. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person for the Prize Draw.
6. Entries must be received by 12:00pm on 15/03/2010. The draw will take place on 30/03/2010 the winner will be notified on or before 14/04/2010.
7. Entry to the Prize Draw can be made by submitting the entry form below.
8. The Prize Draw winner's name and county address will be available from the Winner's List - Free Prize Draw, Thomas Minarik Publishing Limited, 144 Brixton Hill, Brixton, London, SW2 1SD, provided a SAE is enclosed.
9. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant of this Thomas Minarik Publishing Limited prize draw to take publicity photographs and interview the winners and for these to be used by Thomas Minarik Publishing Limited in any media publication.
10. The prize will consist of one 3G - 16GB iPhone. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 8 weeks of the prize draw.
11. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. Promoters reserve the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.
12. The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
